Setup / Configure E-Mail account profile in Outlook - Office 365 / 2019 / 2016

Step 1 - Click on "Start" button.
Step 2 - Click on "Control Panel".
Step 3 - Click on "Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016)".
Step 4 - Click on "Add".
Step 5 - Type profile name.
Step 6 - Click on "OK".
Step 7 - Fill out the required fields.
Step 8 - Click on "Next".
Step 9 - Please wait for some time.
Step 10 - Type “Password” and click on the check box "Remember my credentials".
Step 11 - Click on "OK".
Step 12 - Click on "Finish".
Step 13 - Automatically browser will open the link “https://w2.outlook.com/l/mobile?WT.mc_id=2016_accountsetup”. Type your “Mobile Number”.
Step 14 - Click on "Send link".
Step 15 - Close the browser. If you don’t receive the message then go to following links -

Step 16 - Click on "OK".
Step 17 - Click on "Start" button.
Step 18 - Click on "Outlook".
